Our company needed an easy way to manage our online portfolio. Since our portfolio doesn't change on a daily basis, we decided that an offline content management system would provide a good balance of maintainability without using server resources with a backend database.

We built a Filemaker database, which exports our portfolio data in XML files. The website dynamically reads in and parses the XML files to produce the pages you are seeing right now.

The data entry screen lays out a strict framework for how images should be named and how data should be entered, which ensures consistency throughout the portfolio screens.
